Pepperoni Crescents

Sometimes you just need something simple and good for dinner! The past couple weeks have been just that! J loves spaghetti….I, not so much! So the other day he made himself some spaghetti and I made these pepperoni crescents for me! Pizza is one of my favorite foods….any kind, any way I can get it! I love this recipe. It’s so simple! I would eat just these for dinner, but I suppose they would be classified more as a snack.

Pepperoni Crescents

1 can of crescents
1 bag of pepperoni slices
Some string cheese sticks
2 Tbsp butter
Garlic powder
Grated Parmesan
Pizza Sauce

Unroll the crescents on an ungreased baking sheet. Cut the pepperoni into fourths, and the cheese into thirds. Pile some pepperoni on the wide part of the crescent, then top with a piece of the string cheese. How much or little pepperoni you use is completely personal preference! Roll up the crescents as you normally would.

Put your 2 tablespoons butter in a small microwaveable bowl, and heat until melted (about 15-20 seconds). Add in some garlic powder and grated parmesan. Again, as much or little as you like. I use about a half tablespoon garlic and a tablespoon parmesan. Mix it well and brush on top of the crescents.

Bake according to directions on the crescent packaging.

Serve with pizza sauce for dunking! Yum!
