In the 4 years we have lived in Germany, we have been to over 60 Christmas Markets! This has been my obsession from November to the New Year! I am a bit of a junkie! Each year I sit down to research markets in Europe to create my own plans, but last year I created something amazing, and documented my research to share with you! This year I have updated all of the markets from last year and added even more! This Calendar includes what I consider to be the best travel markets in Europe, as well as the quaint small markets local to where we have lived (Kaiserslautern area and Stuttgart area.) Whether you’re a seasoned market-goer or planning your very first Christmas season, this calendar will be something you keep going back to again and again! So bookmark this page!

The markets in my calendar are broken up by Local to Kaiserslautern, Local to Stuttgart, Travel Markets, and Special Winter Events. I consider “local” to be under 2 hours drive. You can easily view only markets local to you by selecting the specific calendar in the sidebar. The absolute BEST thing about my calendar is the ability to click a specific date, say Dec 10 for instance, and visually see which markets are open on that date! So convenient right?

Even more convenient is I add the website to the market in the details section. So you can easily click to view hours, parking, directions, and anything else you might need to know! I am adding new interesting markets as I find them. Have a market you love? Message me and I’ll add it!
