Well here we are at the start of a new year! I have been submersed in Christmas music, but I did manage to listen to enough normal tunage to garner enough songs for a new playlist! And since I am procrastinating on some homework to write this, I will keep the chit-chat to a minimun and leave the music to do the talking….so without further ado…
1. Bruno Mars- Locked Out of Heaven. This song just makes me want to move! Maybe not the best kid-friendly lyrics, but it’s still fun!
2. Bruno Mars- When I Was Your Man. I loved this song from the first time I heard it! Its sweet and has a good message…one of my fav’s at the moment!
3. Rihanna- Diamonds. I have been fighting this song since the first time I heard it! I don’t generally listen to much R&B, but something about this song caught my ear and I finally just gave in!
4. The Lumineers- Stubborn Love. I really like the Lumineers and this album. They are probably the band I have the most songs of in rotation currently…and all those songs were acquired recently so I’m certain you will get a good taste of them before this blog is finished! 😉
5. The Lumineers- Ho Hey. I downloaded this song when I realized that I didn’t already have it already. How that happened I don’t know, because I have liked this song for awhile.
6. The Lumineers- Morning Song. Okay, this is my last of the Lumineers. I love the tune of this song. It reminds me of another song that I just can’t place…
7. Taylor Swift- Ronan. This song isn’t exactly new, but I don’t think it has had much play. It’s so sad…I can barely listen to it without crying, and forget about trying to sing it!.
8. The Head and the Heart- Lost in My Mind. I really like to drive to this song! lol! Yes, I am lost in my mind….quite often. 😉
9. ZZ Ward- Put the Gun Down. This song is a bit country and a bit bluesy and chock full of sass! I love it!!
10. Miranda Lambert- Mama’s Broken Heart. Another sassy lady! I actually just heard this song for the first time today and I was hooked instantly. “Go and hide your crazy and start acting like a lady..” Yep….right up my alley! Ha ha!!

Tuck & Sundry 
Once again, I'm really behind on the music scene. That's the first time I've ever heard the Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert songs, as well as ever hearing of ZZ Ward! Good stuff though!
